By visiting our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or made available by hyperlink, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the website or purchase products or services from us.
When you affirmatively accept these Terms during checkout, including by selecting a checkbox indicating your agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this website. For purchases, the version of these Terms in effect at the time an order is placed will generally govern that transaction.
SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have obtained any legally required consent to use this website.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws in connection with your use of our website, products, or services.
You must not transmit viruses, malware, worms, or other malicious or destructive code.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of our website, services, content, or other proprietary materials without our express written permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.
Headings contained in these Terms are provided for convenience and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 — PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COMPATIBILITY
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products, specifications, photographs, compatibility information, and other product information.
However, photographs and illustrations are provided for reference, and colors, dimensions, appearance, and other characteristics may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, product revisions, displays, photography, or other factors.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, connector types, compatibility information, and selected options before placing an order.
If you are unsure which product, connector, cable, configuration, or option is appropriate for your application, you should contact SJS Cables before placing your order.
Unless SJS Cables expressly confirms compatibility in writing for a specific application, the customer is responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for the customer's equipment and intended use.
SECTION 4 — CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many SJS Cables products are manufactured or configured specifically for an individual customer's order.
Any product requiring the customer to select, request, or provide options or specifications may be considered a custom or made-to-order product. This includes, without limitation, products involving selections or specifications relating to cable length, connector type, connector gender, wiring, pinout, orientation, labeling, equipment compatibility, or other configuration options.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all options, specifications, information, and selections submitted with an order are correct before placing the order.
SJS Cables is not responsible for incompatibility or other issues resulting from incorrect customer selections, incorrect information supplied by the customer, incorrect specifications supplied by the customer, or use of a product for an application for which it was not designed.
Custom and made-to-order products are not returnable or refundable except where the product is determined by SJS Cables to be defective or not functioning properly, as further described in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 — B-STOCK PRODUCTS
All products identified or sold as “B-Stock” are sold AS IS and are final sale.
B-Stock products may have cosmetic imperfections, signs of prior handling or use, packaging damage, discontinued or previous-revision components, or other conditions disclosed or reasonably associated with their B-Stock designation.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, B-Stock products are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
By purchasing a product identified as B-Stock, you acknowledge and accept its B-Stock condition and final-sale status.
SECTION 6 — ORDERS, CHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order to the extent permitted by law.
We may cancel an order because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business considerations.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before submitting it.
Requests to modify or cancel an order should be made as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after it has been submitted.
Once production, assembly, modification, procurement, or other work has begun on a custom or made-to-order product, the order may not be canceled or changed without SJS Cables' approval.
Additional charges may apply to approved changes requested after work has begun.
SECTION 7 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed and accepted at the time the order is placed, except in the event of an obvious pricing, typographical, technical, or listing error.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors and, where permitted by law, cancel an affected order and issue an appropriate refund.
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.
SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only unless SJS Cables expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Production times, carrier transit times, customs processing, weather, supply-chain interruptions, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
SJS Cables is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except as required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
SECTION 9 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the SJS Cables Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Custom and made-to-order products are not returnable merely because the customer ordered an incorrect product, selected an incorrect option, no longer needs the product, changed their mind, or determines that the product is incompatible with the customer's application.
Whether a custom product is defective or not functioning properly will be determined by SJS Cables following reasonable inspection and testing.
A determination by a customer or third party that a product is defective does not, by itself, establish that the product is defective.
Non-custom, off-the-shelf stocked products may be eligible for return subject to the requirements and time limits stated in our Refund Policy.
Products returned with scratches, marks, damage, modification, contamination, missing components, or other signs of use may be refused in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Customers must contact SJS Cables and obtain an RMA number before returning a product.
B-Stock products are sold as-is and are final sale, with no refunds or exchanges, except where otherwise required by law.
SECTION 10 — PROPER USE AND INSTALLATION
Customers are responsible for properly installing, connecting, operating, and maintaining products purchased from SJS Cables.
Products should be used only for their intended applications and in accordance with any applicable instructions, specifications, equipment requirements, and industry practices.
SJS Cables is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, incorrect wiring, unauthorized modification, improper voltage or power, incompatible equipment, accidents, neglect, or use outside the product's intended application, except to the extent otherwise required by law.
SECTION 11 — THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT
SJS Cables products may be designed for use with cameras, monitors, batteries, power systems, communication equipment, or other products manufactured by third parties.
References to third-party manufacturers, brands, products, or equipment are provided for identification or compatibility purposes and do not necessarily indicate affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by those third parties.
SJS Cables is not responsible for the operation, reliability, specifications, design changes, or performance of third-party equipment.
Third-party manufacturers may change their products or specifications without notice, which may affect compatibility.
SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may provide access to third-party services, tools, payment processors, shipping providers, websites, or links.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or performance.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies established by those third parties.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may cancel an order affected by a material pricing or listing error and refund amounts paid for the canceled portion of the order.
SECTION 15 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its content, including product photographs, text, graphics, logos, designs, product information, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to SJS Cables and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our proprietary website content without prior written authorization from SJS Cables, except as permitted by law.
SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Except for warranties expressly provided by SJS Cables in writing or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, SJS Cables disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SJS Cables and its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, loss of use, or loss of data, arising from or relating to the website, services, or products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SJS Cables' aggregate liability arising from or relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid to SJS Cables for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SJS Cables and its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of our website or products, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of another person's rights.
SECTION 19 — PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If you have a question, concern, or problem with an order, you agree to contact SJS Cables promptly so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not modify or supersede these Terms, our Refund Policy, or other terms agreed to at the time of purchase.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, SJS Cables may provide the applicable payment processor, acquiring bank, issuing bank, payment-card network, or other financial institution with information and documentation reasonably necessary to investigate, respond to, or contest the dispute.
Such information may include, as applicable, order details; billing and shipping information; customer-selected product options, configurations, and specifications; records showing acceptance of these Terms and our Refund Policy; invoices and receipts; correspondence with the customer; production and assembly records; photographs; product testing or inspection results; shipment and tracking information; proof of delivery; and other records relating to the transaction.
A payment dispute or chargeback does not itself constitute a product return, order cancellation, determination that a product is defective, or determination that the customer is entitled to a refund.
Customers remain responsible for complying with the return, cancellation, custom-product, B-Stock, and other policies agreed to at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law and applicable payment-card network rules.
Nothing in this section waives or limits any rights that cannot legally be waived or any rights available under applicable payment-card network rules.
SECTION 20 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 21 — WAIVER
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
SECTION 22 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies or terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and SJS Cables concerning your use of the website and purchases made through it.
These Terms supersede prior versions of these Terms relating to the same subject matter.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, our website, our services, or products purchased from SJS Cables shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
