Refund Policy

No returns accepted for custom cables unless the item is not properly functioning. A cable’s function can only be determined by the seller (SJS Cables), not a buyer or 3rd party. Any cable that has any options or selections is considered custom and made to order. If you are unaware of what you need for your application please contact us before placing an order and we will help. Only non-custom orders, off the shelf and stocked products without any options or selections are returnable within 30 days if the customer is not satisfied and the product is in new working condition. If the product has any scratches, marks, or signs of use the item will not be accepted as a return. If you would like to make a return you must contact us for an RMA number before sending the item back.
