Refund Policy

 

Custom and made-to-order cables are not returnable or refundable unless they are determined to be defective. Any cable that includes customer-selected options, configurations, lengths, connectors, wiring, or other selections is considered a custom, made-to-order product.

Whether a cable is defective will be determined by SJS Cables through inspection and testing. Compatibility issues, incorrect customer selections, or a cable being unsuitable for a customer's particular equipment or application do not constitute a product defect.

If you are unsure which cable, connector, wiring configuration, or options are required for your application, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to help determine the appropriate configuration.

B-Stock cables and products are sold AS-IS and are final sale. B-Stock items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. B-Stock items may have cosmetic blemishes, signs of prior use, repaired or replaced components, packaging damage, or other imperfections. The purchase of a B-Stock item constitutes acceptance of its B-Stock condition.

Non-custom, off-the-shelf stocked products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused, and fully functional condition. Products showing scratches, marks, wear, modification, damage, or other signs of use may not be accepted for return.

All eligible returns require prior authorization. Please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping any product back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
