Shipping Policy

SJS Cables is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional fees incurred during the shipping process. Once SJS Cables releases a package to the courier for shipment, they have no control over said package. They are unable to re-route the package and will not be held responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to shipment changes, such as: change of address, return to sender, refusal of delivery, and shipping to an undeliverable address. SJS Cables is not responsible for import fees incurred when a package is returned to sender due to changes brought forth by the receiver.
